Social Media Manager

As Social Media Manager, Xaviea Brown is responsible for growing GCO’s online presence and reputation by developing strategies, producing content, managing campaigns, and analyzing data.

Originally from Providence, RI, but has spent a little over a decade living in Georgia. Xaviea holds a BA in New Media and Communications from Middle Georgia State University. She discovered her passion for digital marketing and communications as the Social Media Intern for the institution’s Marketing and Comminutions department.

Since undergrad, her work has focused on developing digital marketing strategies and campaigns for small business and non-profit organizations. Her love for photography, videography, colors, and typography speak through her creative process.

Xaviea enjoys shooting film photography, traveling, exploring Atlanta’s music and art scene, and spending time with friends and family.

It is such a privilege to have the opportunity to work with a team who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact one day at a time; it is so motivating and inspiring!
